Transparency and project planning project for the Mexican government.
Traceability and observability are key concepts of creating a platform that can create trust among its users. As Project Lead for the application we were entrusted with creating, so INMUJERES could be accountable for it's federal spending, I participated in conceptualizing a tool that would allow the various women's centers in different states to plan their yearly budget, submit their yearly plan and report quarterly spending backed by invoices for products and services.
